Meet Lonnie
Lonnie Weaver-Johnson is a keynote speaker and facilitator who has spent 25+ years in leadership, often in rooms where the hard conversations just weren't happening. She's given over 1,500 performance reviews, lost a job for speaking up for her people, and has delivered her keynote talks around the world (including giving her feedback keynote to 400 people in Brazil in broken Portuguese).
She's best known for her talk on giving and receiving hard feedback, "Your Zipper Is Down: Turning Hard Feedback into Growth." Her second keynote, "Two Coaches, One Whistle," draws on four generations of women in her family who faced real barriers and refused to be stopped by any of them.
Lonnie's has presented on five continents and her stories move people — to laugh, to reconsider, and to act.
